For several years, Kiara worked for a leading Australian recruitment agency, where she built a strong reputation for delivering successful placements across multiple industries and levels. She partnered with clients ranging from start-ups and growing businesses to large international corporates, along with organisations across the not-for-profit, and government sectors.
Kiara also brings unique global experience from working in television casting in Hollywood, Los Angeles, including with leading production companies such as Disney Studios, World of Wonder, and Warner Bros. This background sharpened her ability to identify talent, understand people quickly, and deliver in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
With this experience, Kiara takes a personalised, relationship-led approach to recruitment, working closely with both clients and candidates to understand their goals, experience, and what they’re looking for next.
